Bunny

My Aunt Chrissy sent me this bunny for Easter this year. It's the first inanimate object that I tried to make eyes at and have a conversation with! I guess I figured since it had a little mouth that it would talk back to me. I was wrong and my Mommy & Daddy have the embarrassing footage to prove it. Oh well! I am a baby after all...

Sweet Boy

My Mommy was holding me when she took this picture. This was when I would actually snuggle with her! I'm almost three months old here.

Exersaucer

Here I am the first time in the exersaucer. I used it more for teething in the very beginning than playing! The exersaucer certainly wasn't used like it was for Haleigh - I'm much too independent to be held captive in something like an exersaucer. I would only give that thing 5-10 minutes max before I wanted my freedom back!

A Little Snoozer

When I was much younger, I would actually fall asleep in the stroller while we were at the playground or something. It was rare, but not as impossible as it is now for me.

Such a boy

My Mommy and Daddy are always saying what a "boy" I am. I mean, what does that mean??? Of course I'm a "boy" - I'm a boy!!!

Here I am sucking on my lips - one of the phases I went through. I also loved to suck on my own tongue, which made for some pretty silly noises!!

Mommy & Me

By the looks of this picture, my Mommy and Daddy weren't sure if my eyes would turn brown or not. They certainly weren't as dark as my Mommy's. But sure enough, they darkened up just a month or two later!

Tummy Time

I really loved tummy time! It helped to get me super strong so that I could crawl and roll and have some independence.

Backyard Picnic

We had our first backyard picnic one day and it was pretty bright outside... it's a good thing my Mommy had her sunglasses to share with me!

Are you ready for some football?

Man, it wasn't even football season and Haleigh wanted to see me in her teddy bear's helmet! I can't believe my Mommy actually went along with it... cruel, cruel, cruel...

Smiles

My Mommy and Daddy always tell me that I'm the most smiley baby! I almost always have a smile on my face. I'm a pretty happy guy!

Baking

My Mommy loves to bake with Haleigh and she says she can't wait until I'm old enough to participate, too! For now, I'll just be a spectator - but I foresee some fights in the future regarding who gets to lick the spoon!

Out in the backyard...

This was my first time going out in the backyard. What can I say...the winters are long and cold in Cleveland. Oh, and don't mind the hat. My Mommy wanted to take me out in a hurry because Haleigh and Daddy were outside playing. She grabbed her winter hat!

Sitting Up

This isn't the best picture of me, but it definitely shows my skills. At 2 1/2 months I was already starting to support myself sitting up!

Baby Ben or Calvin Klein Ad?

My Mommy took this picture of me and it certainly does look like it could be a poster for a Calvin Klein ad, if I do say so myself!

Easter Dinner

After all of the morning festivities and a nice long nap, we got to get ready to go to my Grandma and Grandpa's house for Easter dinner. I must say, I looked like quite the stud muffin!

Looking good, eh?

Easter Morning

There are so many firsts for me! This year I got to enjoy my first Easter morning. We woke up, searched for our Easter baskets from the Easter Bunny, went on an egg hunt and relaxed at home. It was fun to watch Haleigh having so much fun with it - it makes me see what I have to look forward to when I'm big like she is!

Dressing up as a bunny is not particularly "my thing", but I played along anyway.

I mean, if the dog can do it... I can do it, too, right?

Here, Haleigh is enjoying MY white chocolate Easter ducky! Just wait, Haleigh, you take mine now while I'm defenseless.... but there will be paybacks!

Here I am standing like a big boy at 10 weeks:

Indians Opening Day - 2009

This year marked my first opening day for the Cleveland Indians. My sister and I dressed up in our Indian's gear and headed to the mall to visit the Easter Bunny!

As you can see, Haleigh wimped out. I was so brave and everyone treated me like I was older than just 2 months old. I mean, look at me. My Mimi doesn't call me "little bruiser" for nothing! I look as big as Haleigh did when she was 18 months old sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap! Check it out here: Haleigh and the Easter Bunny

Hmmm....

It really is rough being a little brother. As you can see, I am never sure what is coming my way...

Well, it was just fake food this time... at least she's sharing with me!
